OFF GRID SOLAR INVERTERS
Solar inverters are specially designed to save electricity. In spite of normal inverters, solar inverter use electricity generated from solar panels to charge the batteries. When the battery becomes 90% power Solar inverters switches OFF the KSEB power and load runs on stored solar power. It continues until the battery becomes 40% power. After that solar inverter switches ON the KSEB power. This process continues daily and save electricity. It keeps 40% power always for backup during KSEB power failure. To generate 1 unit (kWh) electricity, 300 watts solar panels needs to be installed in kerala.
